Let us be the location of your next Wedding, Meeting, Banquet, Party, Reunion, or Reception. Invite your friends over and they’ll feel at home in this unique venue.
MEET at Huns Grove & at The River are spacious, inviting venues for entertaining with both indoor and outdoor availability. Guest can make all the preparations themselves or plan to have their event catered. Guest will appreciate full access to our warming kitchen and tables, chairs, tables, chairs, table linens and modest table décor for their use.
Pricing includes all of the event center’s amenities. These amenities include, but are not limited to, 8ft round tables, 6 ft rectangular tables, chairs, table linens, moderate table décor, full warming kitchen, commercial ice maker, and courtyard area access. A PA speaker system with mic and projector with screen are also available for a nominal fee.
MEET Boutique Event Venue uses PayPal and QuickBooks invoicing. Additional options for payments: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Cashier’s Checks. Prices are subject to change, so please contact us for contract information and final pricing. A $250.00 refundable deposit and one-half of the Rental Fee non-refundable, will be due at the time of booking. NO CHECKS. Deposit refund will be made once facilities are cleaned and inspected by staff for quality assurance.
MEET at Huns Grove & at The River, are both a BYOB facility. A uniformed police officer is required at all events serving alcohol.
Note: WE WILL FOLLOW ALL MANDATES BY THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF LOUISIANA REGARDING CAPACITY AND MASKS AT THE TIME OF YOUR EVENT.
